👨💻 Pierre Munhoz — Engineering Blog
Welcome to my blog — a space where I share hands-on knowledge, experiments, and reflections as a freelance Senior Data Engineer with 6+ years of experience.
👋 About Me
Hi, I’m Pierre! I specialize in data engineering, analytics workflows, and technical content creation.
I started my career as a Data Analyst at Contentsquare, moved into engineering roles, and now work independently with companies on modern data stacks, automation, and data platform design. Despite graduating from a business school, I’ve grown into a deeply technical profile — blending engineering rigor with business sense.
I also love cooking, running, and building digital tools just for fun.

📚 What You’ll Find Here
This blog is where I:
- Publish tutorials and deep dives on data tools like dbt, DuckDB, and Terraform
- Share thoughts on the freelance tech journey
- Document side projects and engineering experiments
- Reflect on topics beyond tech — from creative productivity to healthy routines
🎯 Why This Blog Exists
When I was younger, I loved sharing tutorials about Minecraft servers and plugins. That same energy drives this blog today — but now the focus is real-world data engineering, software craftsmanship, and digital creativity.
I believe a résumé can’t fully capture what we do. This site is my way to go beyond bullet points and show my work.
Thanks for reading — and welcome aboard!
